The Operations team manage all activities connected to design, production and distribution of our world class products and services. This includes everything from Project Management, Mechanical and Electrical design through the Supply Chain activities and Production to Test and Installation of our systems at the customer’s site.
We handle everything from standard modulators used in radiotherapy applications to customized solutions for research customers worldwide.
The function is divided into 8 departments.
Engineering who supports our customers with suitable solutions and applications but also ensure the work connected to volume growth and industrialization.
Supply Chain who ensures supply of qualitative components and sustainable freight and distribution.
Planning who coordinates all internal production activities to ensure timely deliveries to our customers.
OEM production ensuring qualitative production according to set requirements towards our OEM customers, primarily in Radiotherapy and Industrial applications.
System production ensuring qualitative production according to set requirements towards our System customers, primarily in Science and Industrial applications.
Test and Installation who ensure final testing of full system and works very close with our customers through the final acceptance tests and installation at the customer’s site.
Quality who drives the development of the quality management system, develop processes to ensure products meet their set specifications and drives continuous improvement of productivity and profitability by decreasing waste.
